THREE-WEEK COURSES

Italian Language and Culture Thematic Courses

A dive in the Italian culture. In Italian. We offer unique experiential courses of Italian language and culture for foreigners in Milan: read more about our experiential courses >

The courses vary and the topics are different: from design to architecture and the fashion history in Milan.

Who is it for?

These Italian language and culture courses are aimed to students with a minimum B2 linguistic competence level: curious people who want to improve their linguistic competences in Italian and intensively live the culture.

The goal

The goal of these courses is Learn the language and live the culture

The topics are different and aim to satisfy the wish for deepening the Italian culture, ancient and modern, beyond any prejudice and stereotype. The keystone of these courses is the alternation of lessons in classroom with experiences outside! All the topics we study in classroom are followed by tours and meetings in order to let you see and deepen the masterpieces and meet the operators of the different areas.

How will the journey take place?

We’ll go on these journeys together, alternating lessons in classroom in co-working spaces and experiences outside. We’ll prepare to deeply understand the topic we are focusing on in order to grasp the essence of the culture through the experience outside the classroom.

The language you’ll learn in classroom will become an extraordinary tool when you use it outside, in contact with Italians, finding out what they have done and what they do.

These journeys will become places of experimentation, socialization and fun where you can express your feelings and thoughts through the language and grasp the beauty around us. We’ll have the opportunity to capture the aura of the piece of work or to appreciate the landscape or the architecture of different places; we’ll have the opportunity to take part in events or to interact with experts in different topics.

And once is it over?

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of participation and, if you want, you can take the exam for the CILS certification, according to your level and the dates made available by the University for foreigners of Siena.

And last but not least, there is a great opportunity for you who have attended the course: the school does not leave you when the course is over, but it offers you an online space dedicated to your questions, doubts or language needs, for free!
